At yesterday's meeting of the Wei- j lington City and Suburban Highways Board the chairman (Mr G. A. Troup) stated that it would not be wise to drop the matter of the ramp at Park Road, Enstern Hutt, this was a highly desirable work, which should, in the interest of public safety, be prosecuted as soon as possible. He moved that the Minister of Railways be approached at once calling his attention to the ncessity for the erection of a ramp at the lailway crossing ai JPark Bead.
