DANCE CARNIVALS LTD.

Amongst all lovers of the modern dance there exists a desire for good dance music with really good time and rythm, and what is more important, refined conditions in the ballroom. Dance Carnivals Limited aim to secure for their patrons all the above requisites for an enjoyable dance, together with periodical carnival dances during which novelties of all descriptions will be introduced including exhibition dancing and at no extra charge. In fulfilling these conditions Dance Carnivals Limited feel confident that they will obtain and deserve the support of all dance patrons and succeed in producing a series of entertainments that will give the fullest measure of pleasure and satisfaction to all concerned. The first dance of the above series will be held at the King George Hall, Lower Hutt on the 22nd June and continued fortnightly during the season. The well-nown Bristol Band will supply the music. This combination can be depended upon for the very Jatest dance music in perfect style and rythm.

The Sports Community and Rate payers' League held a monster joy night at the Moera Hall on Saturday evening, there being a large attendance present. The Bristol Dance Band made their first appearance and created quite an impression with local followers, i -»_ M
