POSTAGE STAMP COLLECTORS

Those interested in collecting postage stamps will be pleased to know that" a club was formed recently in Lower Hutt. The club has appropriated the name of '' The Baa Ora Stamp Club" and meets on the last Tuesday of eadh month in a class-room behind St. Stephens's Presbyterian Chivreh. At the opening meeting collections of stamps were displayed, one being of British, colonies and the other stamps of the German Empire. At a subsequent evening another collection was displayed consisting of stamps issue! to celebrate peace after the Great War. Last meeting a collection of of Sudan was shown.

Collectors who show their stamps always give an interesting talk on the hobby of stamp collecting which is the pastime of king and peasant alike. King George and t>he Prince of Wales; are both keen collectors.
