The photography, acting, and proiiitlion is equal to anything in any
■alure- yet seen' in Australasia, and that delightful British artist, Mabel Pouiton, fulfils the promise shown in her earlier films, of being a star of the first water. She is thoroughly vivacious, and as the little, spitfire Hetty, she gives a splendid characterisation with facile and convincing ease. The picture is hers* As a butler, .Frank Stanmore again proves his invaluable work as a sterling character actor. .' Eric Bransby Williams is most convincing as the young, scientist, Stephen "Treclea^v,,. -while Charles Dormer/gives a very clever rendering- of the temperamental artist.
