WATER FOR DAY'S BAY.
At last week's meeting of the Hutt County Council a letter was received from the Board of Health advising that it proposed issuing a requisition from the council to provide an up-to-date water and drainage system for Day's Bay. The chairman (Mr. D. R. Hoggard) asked that the matter should be left in his hands, and this was granted.
