LODGE MEETING.
COURT BLOOMFIELD 7879 A.O.F.
The monthly meeting of the Court Bloomfield 7879 A.0.F., was held in the Court Room, King's Theatre, on Monday night, October Bth. Bro. J. Doxan C.B. presided. Owing to the adverse weather conditions the attendance was not so large as usual. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed, The Woodwards reported one brother on the sick funds.
An invitation was received from Court Sir William Jervois to a social to be held in St. Thomas's Hall, Newtown, The secretary was instructed to convey the thanks of the Court and to state that as many members as could, would attend.
Bro. A. Anderson, S.C.R., was appointed to represent Court Bloomfield on the Wellington A.O.F. Hospital As-
sociation,
The officers of Court Epuni were present at the meeting and the C.R., ex-
pressed to them the pleasure of the •tSourt, and hoped that the visit would be repeated. Several other officers of Court Bloomfield supported the C.R., in welcome to the visitors. In responding the officers of Court Epuni expressed their thanks for the fraternal welcome received and their pleasure at being present. They commented very favourably on the progress made by Court Bloomfield during the past year and hoped
that it would continue and increase
The speakers extended a very warm in#vitation to the officers and members of Court Bloomfield to visit their Court.
After the meeting closed the visitors -were entertained at the Cosy Lounge and a dainty supper partaken of.
