ST JAMES'S CLUB DANCE.
The final dance of the St. James's Club was held in the St. James's Hall, Woburn Road, last Friday evening. These dances, which have been held during the winter months have been looked forward to by the young folk and the dance on Friday was greatly enjoyed. The decorations were very artistic,, coloured lights peeping out through the trails of -greenery and streamers of many colours, A dainty supper was served and the Star Orchestra rendered good music. bodice of radium lace; Mrs Jarcnan, georgette frock; Mrs Aldous, ] black frock, white shawl; Mrs Clabbum, | black frock, diamante trimming; Mrs. Alexander, white beaded georgette; Mrs. Greig, lemon georgette frock; Mrs Butt, cerise and silver frock; Mrs Hardcastle, frock of figured georgette with touches of emerald green; Miss Styles, white georgette frock; Miss Meadows, black frock; Miss Joan Markman, biege frock with bands of ecru lace; Miss Mcßain, soft charmeuse frock of pink and silver; Miss Lee, black lace frock over gold tissue; Miss Barbara Brodwick, black lace frock with touches of silver; Miss Marjory Wood, pale blue frock; Miss "" Mavis Mcßain, pale pink taffeta, tiny ruches on skirt; Miss Dorothy Innes, powder blue georgette, accordeon pleated skirt, oriental trimming at hem; Miss Myrtle Ayson, pale lemon georgette, crystal trimming at waist; Miss Edna Vaughan, pale pink georgette frock, pink rose on shoulder; Miss Kersley, black frock trimmed with gold lace;. Miss Lorna Black, beaded frock of lavender georgette; Miss Jean Innes, frock of cherry georgette, full flared skirt finished with diamante buckle at waist; Miss Nora Hill, pale green georgette; Miss Carter, pale pink frock; Miss Kingston, pale pink taffeta; Miss Theo. Baigent, salmon pink frock and white shawl; Miss Mollie Glover, pale green taffeta; Miss Mara Hill, -sfieux rose frock, torquoise blue sash; Miss Joan Welch, fuchsia georgette, with diamante trimming; Miss Ella Matthews, green georgette; Miss Pemberton, pink velvet; Miss Louissen, a frock of white lace draped at the sides; Miss Dorothy Newman, lavender georgette, diamante trimming; Miss Thelma Erskine, cycleman pink georgette frock; Miss Croft, lemon georgette; Miss Gwen Heron, pale pink ninon; Miss Marjory Lee wore a frock of blue.
