The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report:— At Levin, on Tuesday we offered a fair entry of" both slieep and cattle to a good attendance of buyers, when practically a clearance was made at the following prices: Fat and forward wethers 34s 4d; good store 32s sd; medium 2-tooth wethers 27s 9d; medium fat cows £10 5s to £11 2s 6d; light fat heifers £10 ss; 2-year Jersey heifers r.w.b., £7 17s 6d; 15months Jersey heifers (good) £6 10s; small yearling heifers £3 2s 6d ; yearling Jersey bull. £4 10s; cow in milk £15."
