DALGETY'S LEVIN SALE. Messrs Dalgety and Company, Ltd. report having held their Levin 6alo on Tuesday last when they offered a fair yarding of sheep .and cattle. There was a good demand for store cati l<> and most of the lots passed in were
ultimately disposed of at vendors' reserves. They quote: Prime fat wethers 42s to 42s lOd ; prime maidien ewes to 42s lOd; empty store ewes 245; fat cows £10 18s 6d to £15 10b; empty store cows £6, £7 5s to £8 7s 6d; empty heifers to £7; cows in milk to £8; cows with calves to £8 10s.
