Hanita Tataim figured: in three judgment summons cases at the Levin S.M. Court yesteiday. The first case was n claim by Parker and Vincent for I'l I<V; (id. He was ordered to pay the amount due at the rate of .£1 per month in default five (lays' imprisonment in Wellington gaol. The second case was Mary l'\ Hall's claim lor ■£5 17s 7d, and defendant was ordered to pay it off in instalments of CI per month or spend .six days in Wellington gaol. In the third case Harvey and Co. claimed £4 13s fid. and in this instance also Hanita was ordered to pa.v £1 per month until it was extinguished or spend five days in Wellington gaol. In each ease the first payment is to be made on or before September 17th.
