SALE AT PI'PKR HC iT. Dalgety and Co., Ltd. report having held their usual tortnightly sale at Upper Hutt on the 7th instant, when they offered an exceptionally heavy yarding of both sheep and cattle. There was a good attendance of outside buyers and no doubt owing to the. weather having broken this accounted for the exceptionally etrong tone of the market, both sheep and cattle being 'particularly well competed for. \\ e practically succeeded in selling all lots ottered under the hammer'at prices considerably in excess of owners' reserves.
