BOWLIaNG AND TENNIS
The bowlers and tennis players were favoured with fine weather for their sport on Wednesday afternoon. Mrs Gunning and Miss Linsell provided afternoon tea. Butts and Stephenson (skip) defeated Shankland and "Hennessy (skip) by 24 to 22. Gardiiwr Crawley and Gunning (.skip) defeated Hensman, Moffa-tt and Gibson (skip) by 29 to 13.
