LEVIN'S PARIAH DOGS. -Motor cyclists who uso Levin roads have made many complaints about the danger 1.0 limb and machine occasioned by dogs that rush .suddenly on the cyclists null intent on their legs or a wheelspoke. A suggestion has been made to us that dog-owners should lie induced to keep their dogs tied up when the owners are unable to go abroad ; and on the face of it the- suggestion seems reasonable.
