At a meeting ol the Wellington, executive branch of the New Zealand .Swimming Association held last ovennig, it was decided to reinstate 'he Levin Coronation .Swimming Club :u puiMiance of the latters request. A .special general meeting of the Levin Coronation Swimming Club will r? held in the borough chambers to-inorrow (Friday) evening ab 8 o'clock. The chief business for the meeting will be the making of the final arrangements, and the considering of the program for the opening day of the -club's season. Mrs Jianks, oi Weraroa, has sent away this week three casce of clothing for the Belgium poor. The cases oonfain .some 38-1 garments. Mrs Banks wishes to thank all those kind people who have .sent clothes to. her for nor cases. Mrs Uanks herself has washed and rc-inndc and done all th« repairing that was needed, in connection with this clothing.
