It is only -right that all these should have a place on New Zealand'* Roll of Honour.
llie Munawatu Patriotic Society is anxious to compile a complete list o : all who have enliste<l with the Xew Zealand, Australian, imperial or Allied foiees from the eliingtoif" military area—which extends horn Wellington on the south, to Uisborne on the east, and Taranaki on the whose relatives reside 111 that area, in order that the names ot these soldiers mav he handed down to posterity, and their dependents relieved. 111 proper cases, from pecuniary distress. A roll is being compiled for this purpose. It is desired to make it complete. The Sooiety would, therefore, esteem it a favour if any person residing in the Wellington military area, whose chili, hushand, relative or friend has volunteered in any part of the world, would forward full particulars with the name, regiment and' place o; enlistment ,;f the soldier, and the name and addtvss ot the relative, to the secretary of the Manawatu Patriotic (Society, Palmer6ton l^brth.
