CiIAMIO.WSHu's. On .Saturday afternoon the finals for the ladies' and men's championships were played at HeatJierlea links. The ground avus wet and sticky, and not conducive to good scoring. The iituil between Mrs V. Hitching* aJid Mrs W. M. Clark proved a good content, and way not won until the loth hole. -Mrs Hitehings played a very steady .game, and at the 7th hole niailo the scoring "all square." Mrs Clark won the Bth and Uth holes, leaving ner two up on the lirst round. The fiecond round 'was an exciting one. but oy consistent play Mrs Clark won the championship by three up and two to play. The tinal for the men's championship was played oil' between V. E. HitcliingK and W. 0. Clark. This inatoh proved rather an easy win for tlia latter. Owing to tne damp Aveathei there was a poor attondauco of, nieml)ei"s and officials.
