The shareholders arc asked to elect three directors, an<l Mr AY. D. Powell, who retires by ballot. All three offer themselves lor re-elec-tion. Mr AV. J. McDonald has .been re-engaged a.s general manager. The report mentions that the cow-tosting has boon continued, and it is remarked that it seems a pity that more of the suppliers do not avail themselves of the service; every two points ill tho average test makes a difference of onetenth of «a penny per pound of fat at the present prices. —N.Z.
