Grant, senior Presbyterian chaplain with the Alain Force, wa.s killed at the Dardanelles on August '28. lie was a native of Ornioiulville, 56 years of age, and ■wais (stationed at New Plymouth, Leeston and .Uisborne at various times. lie leaves a widow and live children. Two of hirs soils are at the front.
