FOR READY EEFERJiINOE. j THE FJiNCING ACT. JSREOTION OF FENOJfIS. 'A fence of any of the kinds mentioned in the Second Schedule is a sufficient fence within the meaning of the Fencing Aot (e.7). The occupiers of adjoining lands not divided by a sufficient fence are liable to join in or contribute in equal proportions to the erection of a fence uetween suoh lands, although such fenco may not extend along the whole boundary line. But no occupier is liabie to contribute to any fence which is not, ae far ee praotieable, continuous throughout ite length. THE RULES OF THE ROAD.
