The Auckland express reaches Palme rston from the North at 11.28 a.m. an darrivee at Thorndon at 2. 60 p.m. The Auckland express leaves Thorndon at 1.10 p.m., and reaches Palmerston at 4.18 p.m. The Second Auckland express leave* Palmerßton at 3.1 a.m. and arrives at Wellington at 6.26 a.m. The second Auckland Express leaves Wellington at 9.10 p.m. and amies at Levin at 11.30 p.m. Palmerston at 12.16 a.m. As previously mentioned, there *re several wayside stations at which one or more of the above trains will stop whenever passengers desire to be taken down or aet up. Local residents lay ascertain whioh are the trains which cater for their towns, and may then work out the time whioh the train fvill take to travel from the station mmediately preceding. IMPORTANT TO TRAVELLERS. From Ist December an express train stops at Levin daily at 11.20 p.m. to take up passengers, but those who go orth by this train wili have to p»y the full fare from Wellington to whatever place north of Levin that the oxpress stops at. At 4.10 a.m., daily, the express 'ill stop at Levin to pick up passengers but as no tickets are issued for either of these trains at Levin, passengers must pay the guards. Passengers oy this early morning train going south will have to pay the full fare from Palmertson North to Wellington.
