His calcualtions have convinced him tfiat by installing an engine to work the dynamo in place of the present water power from ftie municipal high pressure supply, he can save from £10 to £lo per annum, lie immediately notified the Borough Council to thij effect and asked it to bring its charge (£4O per annum) into line with hiß calculation. If this is not done he will have to instal the aforesaid engine. H* was using the water only three nights a week. The letter was received at the council meeting last niglvb and referred to the waterworks committee for consideration.
