Jirs Fitchctt and Mrs Merwood in ado itboiii £4 sailing flowers on Saturday afternoon. .Mrs Robinson's garden party was a great success and resulted in realising another £-1 in aid of the patriotic fund for the benefit of the wounded soldiers and the relatives of those who are killed in action. I see that amongst the list of wounded appears the name of another Shannon boy, Private -Norman Woods, son <.f Mr T. Woods.
