At 4.1.0 a.m., daily, the express 'ill stop at Levin to pick up passengers but as no tickets ar« issued for either of these trains at Levin, passengers must pay the guards. Passengers by this early morning train going Boutb will have to pay the full fare from Palmertson North to Wellington.
