Prince -of Wales Feather ferns arc to be found on the hills behind Levin, and by gathering and selling these beautiful ferns an appreciable sum of money is likely to raised for the Queen Carnival Fund. A suggestion to this effect was made at the general meeting held in Levin last Tuesday by Mr D. S. Mackenzie, who recalled the fact that Prince of Wales Feather ferns had been sold for 2s Cd each in Wellington.
