» MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. The management committee of the iioi-owiieniia Rugby Union held a meeting at the Grand , Hotel on Wedneediy, May 12. The. following members Tcer* present: Meesre Procter, Levett, Grtiiani, Winiata aud the secretary. Mr J. Procter was voted to the chair. Leave of absence was granted t<s Messrs J. Mclntyre and T.Parata. The minutce of the previoue meeting were read and confirmed and correepondence read and dealt with a* follows :— ' Tlic Otaki Club's request for permit sion to play Arthur Bevan in a junior team was not granted. From tlie Shannon Club making application to remove Healy'e diequalification. The matter wae held orer till a full meeting of the committee. A hearty vote of thanks wae paMfwl to; M'r Tiovett for his cheque of £2 2#, a donation to the Union funds. Mr J. McTntyre was elected man of the Management OommitteflT' and Mr J.
