After further evidence the Bench committed the defendant for trial at the assizes, allowing bail, himself in ii'oo and two sureties of £150 each. The accused was also committed for trial 011 the charge of obtaining £100 I rnni Mr C. Stirling, of London, under false pretences. The hearing of the other charges was adjourned.
