The cost of raising such loan to be paid out of the loan. ' A copy of the Special Order, whioh will be confirmed at a meeting of the Horowhenua County Council to be held on the 10th day of April. 1915, together with a description of the boundaries of the above-mentioned Special ' District, may be inspected at the County Office, Levin during office hours.
