NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER TJUBLIC NOTICE is nereby given •*■ that in pursuance of the pow.us vested in it in that behalf by Section 16 of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," the Horowhenua County Council, at a special meeting held on the 13th day of March. 1915, adopted a Special Order authorising the raising of a loan of £250 for the purpose of constructing a drain in the Arawhata Special Rating District. The cost of raising suoh loan to be paid out of the loan.
