Hon. W. Holman in maintaining the right to determine Ministers' order of precedence. The Hon. W. Holman stated that generally he thought Air Carmichael did a wrong thing in precipitating crisis. Mr Carmichael rejected all entreaties to reconsider his decision. There were seven candidates for the vacancy and the ballot, now between Graham and Burgess, is incomplete. Two votes were unrecorded.
