Levin, Friday. W. Bull and Co. report.—Prices aro very much the same as last week, a lew Hues, il anything, a little tinner. Chaff is still scarce and it is a very ham matter to buy ahead. Farmers are apparantly holding stock, with tho Kiea of an advance in prices. AVheat is still very firm at high prices, no fowl 7eeu"Sa tuples being available. There is a good demand for Cape uarley, Algerian seed oats mid Italian rye, these being now sown for winter feed. We quote: O.S. chaff £7 12s lid s.e., f.o.r. Alar ton, subject to sales. Feed oats 4s 9d; Algerian seed oats 5s b'd; sparrotfbill seed oats ss; Carton seed oats 6s; Cape barley (is 3d to 6s (id; pollard 24Qsrfiicki pig 'meal, 13s (id sack ; bran HeSeik; maize, sold out; flour IDs (.kl ptflOO: sugar 12s (id bag; wire, Xo.
