Charles Harvey, a seafaring man, who was arrested at Feilding, and charged with the mwder of a Chinaman named Wong Way Ohing, at Wellington, was brought before the Court today and remanded until Friday next on the application of the poTice. A CHARGE OF ARSON. Arthur George Young, one of three men charged with setting lire to the ■\\hite Hart Hotel at Ngahauranga, on 19th July last, was remanded till Wednesday. A taxi-cab, driven by a man named Bogue, collided with a company of Territorials at Devonport. Sergt. C. P. Blown was knocked down, the car passing over his left leg.
