WAIKANAE SALE. Messrs Abraham and Williams Ltd. report having held their monthly sale at Waikanae on Tuesday last. Stock came forward well over advertised numbers, and all classes sold under the hammer after keen competition. There was a large attendance of the public, buyers being well represented from the suprrounding districts. With the ex ception of one small pen of lambs we had a total clearance under the hammer. Prices realised were as under: On account of R. H. Elder, Esq., litiMtth wethers (good) I7s; shdrn lambs 8s 3d; 2-toloth wethers (small) 14s 3d. On account of Messrs Monk Bros, 2tooth wethers 15s, f.f.m. ewes 14s lOd. On account of S. Corner Esq. 2-tooth ewes 16s. On acoount of M. J.
