It is admitted .that tlio Dutch linny can hold up and perhaps defeat tliree German army corps should it really come to a battle. The Hollanders are fine fighting men. and the army of Queen "Wilhelmina finds its best strength in the moral qualities or the average Dutch officer. The Dutch officer is remarkable not only for hits own personal courage and knowledge, but for his cool-blooded control over any situation.
