To this must be added the value of the skim milk—l7lß gallons at id gallon, the value usually placed on skim milk— £3 lls 7d. This gives a return from tho milk alone of £41 9s lid. In addition to this her last calf, a bull, was sold when eleven months old for 290 guineas, or £364 10s, a total from nno. cow for twelve months of £345 19s lid. Tf anyone is not satisfied -with the return He can add .another penny to ib by working out the figures to the lowest fraction.
