A third death has occurred as a result of the fire in a boarding house in Courtenay Place on May I.7th. A wharf labourer named -T. S. Stevenson, commonly known as "Jack' Smith," aged 33, died in the hospital this morning. He had severe burns on the face and body, but was making good progress till this morning. when admitted he had influenza, and this turned to pneumonia. He was a single man, with relatives in Waimate,
