Clearing Sale at Ohau.

Messrs Parker and Vincent advise having held a most successful clearing sale yesterday on account, of Mr \V. Simpson. There was a large attendance of the public, and bidding throughout was. pf a spirited character. Cows sold at £11 2s fid, £11 12s fid and £12, while heifers in milk made £7 and a heifer to calve brought £fi 2s fid. Poultry was also in good demand, Black Orpington pullets bringing fis fid a head. A baconer pig realised 41s, and a weaner Ss fid. All the household effects, with the exception of two articles, were also disposed of nt very satisfactory prices.
