[PEB I'HESS ASSOCIATION.I TOKOMAKU FLAX MILLS BURNT. Foxton, April 4. At daylight this morning two flaxmills at Tokomaru, owned by Temukanui, Ltd., were completely destroyed by fire. The insurances total £1000. The proprietors are heavy losers. About fifty men will bo thrown out of work until-the mills arc- re-erected. If was the intention to keep these mills running continuously through the winter. The cause of the outbreak is not vot known.
