A long felt Avuiit in the feminine world is to be met at last. It is announced that a firm has taken out a patent in Switzerland for "a hat for women with a Avater reservoir for natural flo Avers." The patent has been recorded and registered. The "reservoir to whiejh, tubes for flowers are attached, is made of veiy light substance, and can be concealed in the hat. By supplying a little water flowers can be kept fresh for a day. A visit to the florist can of course, change the character of the hat completely as fashion of weather may distate.
