Levin stock sales will be held next Friday. Dalgety and Co., Ltd., and Abraham and Williams, Ltd., respectively advertise entries for these sales. A reward is offered for the re-* turn of a. plain gold cross, lost in the vicinity of Mr L. Hitchings' homestead, on the County main road. Ten acres of farm land, situated in Tiro Tiro road, Levin, having a (i-roomed house and all conveniences thereon, are for sale by Mr A. Corson. The property may be secured on terms. Mr W. G. Adkin, Queen street, invites tenders for bushfelling. An evening shoe has been.lost, and the owner offers a reward to the finder of same. Clark's are making their first spring display in the showroom of i new millinery, flowers, riftbons, shapes, etc. The ladies are personally invited to pay a visit of inspection. Clark's have always made a leading line of up-to-date millinery. Those ladies wishing a hat that is quite "the thing" can rest assured of procuring same from this progressive firm. The display is made in the sTTowroom; Clark's do not place their models in the window.
