RECORDS OF FOOD FLAVORS
Gustographs are the latest New York epicurean sensation. The gustograpli has been invented by Mr George H. Hadley, of South Norwalk, Conn., and its object is $i record savory delights as tho phono graph records sound delights. A gustograpli transmitter, he saye, if fitted to the palate during a meal, will make an exact record of the sensations each dish has on the gustatory nerves.
