[I'Bll PBESS ASSOCIATION.] OWNERS SPEAK OUT. AUCKLAND, Nov. 29.'* Notice- was posted at tho Huntly mines to-day to the offect that any employee of tho company shall be subject to instant dismissal who shall upon, within the precincts, or any part of the property of the company, use towards anyone tho word "scab" or other insulting epithet or any threat or language- likoly to cause intimidation.
A further notice is also posted intimating that tho hours of work, wages and other conditions of work for all workers not members of an Arb"tration Union shall be and remain jis fixed in tho award of tho Court previously in existence. This provides that from and after Deeomber 14 it shall not he obligatory to give 14 days' notice before discharging flny worker not a member of the said union, but such workers .shall bo subjected to discharge without notice upon tho payment of their wages to the time of discharge.
