NOT IN QUARANTINE. PIIKWi ASSOCIATION.] AUCKLAND, December 19. It was reported in yesterday's cable messages that the steamer Zealandia had been quarantined at Sydney owing to an outbreak of diphtheria. Tho message, it appears, referred to another vessel, tho Zealandic, as the Huddart-Parker Company has received information by cable to-day that tho Zealandia, which is due to arrive here on Friday, is a clean ship.
