Swansea Floods
[by electric telegraph-copyright.] [per press association.] LONDON, December 19. The tin-plate works at Pontardawe, up the Valley of the Tawe, have been inundated and five hundred men thrown idle. The railway bridges have been swept away, and the services suspended. ■
