The Delhi

Sir George Reid telegraphed to the Duke and Duchess of Fife congratulations on their rescue from tlie Delhi. Several of the Royalties are still in bed at Tangier awaiting luggage. They are suffering no ill effects. King George telegraphed that ho was much relieved at the, fact that thev were safely landed. The Delhi's bulkhead ili-as yielded and her position is now serious. The Premier, en behalf of tbei Commons, paid a tribute to the extraordinary gallantry of the French sailors, and expressed regret at the loss of life.
