FEILDING, This Day. in reference to tho telegram about the arbitrator's investigation in connection with the Rev. Hammond's statement that some pictures and statements published on a page of a supplement of the Wellington Post on November 2 were false, "exception has been taken to the words, " Therefore Hammond wins," on tho grou'nd that McManriaway, the challenger, did not approve of the appointment of Mr Trewin as one of the arbitrators.
