TAYLOR MEMORIAL FUND.
[per press association'.] RUMOUR DENTED CHRISTCHTTRCH. August 18. The secretary of the Taylor Memorial Fund lias received enquiries from various places, based on a. rumour that the late Mr T. E. Taylor left considerable estate. Ho rej.oats tho assurance aiven by the chairman of the public nicotine, Mr H. W. Bishop. S.M.. that Mrs Taylor has only a very slender income. The amount in the hands -of the treasurer at tho present time is approximately £500. Very few subscription lists have been returned so far.
