Seeing the groat success that has attended! the sale of the Buller Estate, Ohau, Messrs Abraham and AVilliams, Ltd., draw attention to the sale of the late Air J. Gear's To. Horo Estate, comprising some WOO acres, which will be offered by public auction on the Gth September next. This estate will bo cut up into about GO sections, comprising township sections, suburban sections and dairy farms.

The herd of 34 that was submitted were particularly choice, most of them being well into the Jersey and calving Prices ranged fiom £5 to £14 ss. the whole herd realisi- the average of £9 12s per head.
