Bates' weather foreeast states that present indications are for unsettled weather and development of a Southerly .storm, wlnich may prove of considerable intensity. The change may not take place for about 3(3 hours, but conditions ai 1 © now somewhat ominous. Moderate to strong westerly winds and changeable weather, with a fall in the barometer will probably precede a rapid rise and rain in most parts of the country with snow on the higher levels.
