T!:e a.nnual meeting of the sharehol 'ers of the Farmers' Co-operative Ass( iation. adopted the report recommending a dividend of 8 per cent., .a. bonus of 25 per cent, on commission's, a. bonus of 2 per cent, on -oods purchased, and a bonus of 5 per cent, on salaries earned. £1000 was carried forward. In moving the adoption of the report, Mr R. I). D. McLra.ii, chairman of directors, said, that the prospects of tlho wool market were very brig'ht. A Bradford man had info;-;ne:l him that the market would good for the next ten years. lie. also referred to the prospects of • introducing Ne.w Zealand frozen meiat into Co,ntinentail markets. The meeting resolved, to inorease the share capital to £200.000 by the creation of an additional shares of Co each.
