At Manaka.u yesterday about noon Thomas Anderson, who has resided in this district for a number of years, died suddenly, it is supposed] from heart failure, iir his wm.re. He was last seen alive by Thomas E'lhi'i'd, w>lien he complained of <a x>ain at hiis heart and suddenly fell back arid expired. Anderson was an oldajj;o pensioiuM'. lie has fre(juontly complained during Uio last few months.of a pain at tho .heart. Ma , Nation, Coroner for the district, is at Manakau to-day holding an mquest.
